Good to Great. Traction. Built To Last.

These are some of my all-time, favorite books. I’ve always been interested in how to scale and grow a company.

20% of new businesses fail within the first two years. And, approximately half of all small businesses fail within their first five years.

But, once you have a viable business, in order to scale and continue to grow, you have to have strong leadership. Sometimes this means a leadership team, but sometimes it means, simply, that YOU need to build your leadership muscle.

If you are faced with a growing organization (congrats!), but you are struggling to know how to enhance your leadership, start here:

Let your team know the vision AND bring them along for the ride. It can be that simple.

If people don’t feel they are part of the vision, they won’t own it.

When you’re the visionary, but no one’s following… It might be time to stop broadcasting the vision—and start building it with your team

If you’re feeling that gap in your business right now, you’re not alone—and I’d love to help.

Join me for a FREE Culture Strategy Call next Friday, July 25, at 10am CT. We’ll explore practical ways to get your team aligned and accountable—so you’re not pulling the whole vision uphill by yourself.
