Anna K Morris spent her 20’s in NYC living an enviable life. She had a great sales job, an expense account, a refined boyfriend. She traveled. And, had all the things that were supposed to make her happy. But, they didn’t.
Much like I have spent the last year reconciling decades of time spent working toward something only to find once I got it, it did not fill my bucket like I thought it would. Anna discovered what makes HER happy.
Anna has been in coaching for over 15 years now and defines herself as a mindset and journaling coach.
Anna is transparent and real, and I think you’ll enjoy our conversation! Here are some of the takeaways:
1. Definition of Success changes with age and life experiences
2. Hard work is not the definition of success and although we may start out thinking that you have to work hard to make money, once you find your passion it is easier to make money without it feeling like you are working hard.
3. Integrity is holding true to what you say you are going to do.
4. Sometimes you have to face your own dark side and be really honest with yourself before you can be truly authentic with others.
5. How you do one thing, is how you do all things
6. Listen to your body. That is where your intuition lives.
